Ok the list has three monstrous creatures and 7 Rhino chassis vehicles giving plenty of target saturation, two of those monstrous creatures start on the table (Daemon Princes) and hide behind the Rhinos; not that it matters as the cover save is the same as the invulnerable. Rhinos will role out and be deployed with supporting units depending on which army I'm against, dual flamer Chosen units will go together against horde and infantry lists but against mech each one will go with a melta unit, pop the transport burn down the survivors. Melta and plasma can team up with a Daemon Prince for either the tag team action of pop a vehicle and the D.P assaults or open fire at another monstrous creature dishing out some pain before the D.P assaults.
Primarily the D.Ps will be used to assault infantry and start causing mayhem but if needed they can wreck vehicles too. I will only throw them into hordes once the horde has been softened by fire power from flamer Chosen, Vindicator and Obliterator plasma shots.
In the first turn I'll move all Rhinos 12" or at least a few of them with support and then pop smoke if needed for cover. Reason is that Greater Daemon could come in next turn and I want it to come in as close to the enemy as possble and with 3 Champions in the army I can pop it up in a variety of places. The G.D is awesome in the right place but without wings or fleet it only has a 12" combat range.
The Chosen will be suicide units for the points cost. Flamers will tackle infantry and hordes and double up if against large numbers. The melta unit will tackle a transport opening them up for a Daemon Prince.
Troops go tank hunting or dishing plasma death on Terminators or other monstrous creatures, each unit will soften up a enemy unit to allow a D.P or G.D to get a assault in.
Obliterators depending on what army I'm against will either deep strike and unleash melta pain or stay mid field acting as a weapon platform dishing out lascannon, plasma cannon or multi melta death.
The Vindicator will hide behind a Rhino when it moves hoping to block LOS so it won't get popped first turn, second turn it will unleash the pain going for whatever it can and hopefully it will survive to repeat and rinse.
I've tested this list once with Chosen and done ok, I used to use Chaos Terminators. Any thoughts or comments?

Normal CSM are just in for theme, yes? Super cybernetic dudes with T5 and FNP would be handy.
Aye normal CSM mate. I would take the Plague men as they're the nuts but I really can't be arsed converting stuff :(
I like the idea of "super cybernetic dudes with T5 and FNP" for the theme of iron warriors.
I knew there was some reason you had the terminator picture as the main thing :P
I'm sure in situations you switch the chosen to having x4 meltas, x2 flamers. Which seems really useful.
Maybe you could save points and get two larger outflanking chosen squads in rhinos. instead of the three, it might help them survive counter assaults and not be so terribly suicidal
...and that might open up some other options?
I'm curious, you believe MoT makes for more survivability than MoN on the DPs? I'm always sort of torn between it. I'm just going to run one of each when i play test I guess haha
Well that would only be if I took Plague Marines, but due to WYSIWYG and other things I don't :(
The Terminators is a image of the Iron Warriors, you'll see the chevrons they are known for on a Marine behind the Terminator ;)
I could do that if I want, I'm actually now taking two units of Chosen flamers with melta bombs just in case. The flamers did well last night but take time to get into range. The melta bombs is in case any vehicles are about. Still keeping a melta unit though.
Getting two larger squads would only save me 35 points on the Rhino as I'm making those Chosen bigger units, would balance out maybe if I make them 10 man squads. The point of them is they're cheap suicide unit and they do that well. If they outflank they will probably last a little longer but that's it.
Well the way I see it with MoT vs MoN is things going for the Prince at lascannons, plasma, fists, meltas, hammers etc. All those except plasma don't care about MoN. Best play test and see which one you like the best ;)
What is your opinnion of raptors?
Raptors are good for suicide melta. Take 5 guys with dual meltaguns, throw in a IOGC if you can. Deep strike and melta a critical enemy target and probably pay themselves back. You throw on a icon btw so if they fail morale they will not fall back and not regroup, means the suicide units stop around longer hopping from one target to another.
but aren't termicide units better?
As well im 50/50 with obliterator ds(deep striking). In my experience they can kill one unit and get las cannoned to the face. Sometimes you get lucky and they live two turns. To me a termicide unit is cheaper and can get the job done to. Although I have tried sitting obliterators in cover and the only they could do was shoot lascannons, and did nothing the whole battle. Suggestions?
I guess the fire the obliterators take protect your troops a little longer. Maybe I just need better target saturation?
Also what do you think about infiltrating chosen in cover with plasma?
I was thinking if you infitrate them then you could use them as a bait unit?
Anonymous I really appreciate the comments, but I think with so many questions best e-mail imperiusdominatus@live.co.uk and I can talk to you direct there and you can ask as many questions as you like ;)
Obilterators can deep strike with meltas, but they can do so much more than that. You need to position them right to get the most out there weapons. Also consider, deep strike them in units of two so you can take damage and when you do deep strike you can tackle infantry with flamers and power fists!
Chosen infiltrating with plasma, meh, not really. They lose armour protection which also makes them mobile. You'd have to keep them in terrain to get cover and most you can take it 4 or 5 plasma guns, not brilliant. Personally I like Chosen in min squads with dual specials in Rhinos, after all only two models can fire from the hatch so why waste points getting more specials?
Thank you for your input, and your time
