I think tonight I'll make a start on the Scouts. Shouldn't take me long as only a unit of 5. If I can get a full unit of Assault Marines done by Sunday I'll be happy.
This is my first Librarian. Unlike my other Blood Angels army, I decided to paint the Librarian blue instead of red. This should make the Librarian easy to identify on the table and also keeps in the fluff too.
I had to do some choppy choppy on this Librarian to make the model WYSIWYG. It had a infernus pistol and also red scorpion shoulder pads, Forge World's Space Marine chapter. I removed the infernus pistol arm and removed the shoulder pad from the awesome axe and added Blood Angel icongraphy shoulder pads from the Death Company boxset.
This the second Librarian. I was going to remove the thunder hammer originally, though Metallicarule convinced me to keep it as it's bad ass, I agree with his statement. If anyone had a problem I would cut off the hammer head and add a power weapon blade to make the weapon into some kind of massive spear thingy.
Like the other Librarian, this one too has Forge World bits. I think the head and body are Forge World.
Both Priests were foot sloggers before, though simple choppy choppy and I added jump packs to both of them. I also changed the head on both of them as they had bare heads, I really don't like bare heads as a solider would wear a helmet for protection and tactical information. Also, on the Priest with the chainsword I added a bolt pistol to show the Priest at least has a ranged weapon, though I think people wouldn't have a problem if I didn't have a bolt pistol anyway.
