Warp Message: Feedback on a Necron army

Hi!I've seen on DakkaDakka! that you are so kind to help new players tuning their armies, so I would like to signal you my topic, because I really would like to know if my army could be competitive, or at least good. I don't think I would never join a tournament, but I will play much with friends who LOVE netlists (and competitive ones, tbh!). Right, Anrakyr. I have read you cannot do his machine power thingy when he's on a barge thanks to the FAQ. I have read the FAQ and cannot see anything mentioning this, unless I have missed it?
 
Necron Lords I honestly don't see much point in. Sure the resurrection orb is nice, but overall you're paying 65 points to change R.P from 5+ to 4+, that doesn't sound that good a deal for me. Mindshackle scarabs are fun when they work, that's when the random dice goes your way. Personally I haven't had much luck with them. I also do not see the point in the Lord for a c.c protection model. You only have 2 attacks base, so you're only going to hit with one on average. In total that Necron Lord is costing 90 points and I doubt that 90 points will pay back.
 
Solar pulses are cool, though I don't think you need two of them. I used to run two myself and found the second pulse wasn't that affective as the opponent has moved up their units and will be in range.
 
The rest I think is pretty cool. You've got a nice shooting army and should do well.
 
What do you think guys? Any changes you think should be done to this list?
